I've done business with John, the owner, and they do an exceptional job with not only inflatables, but also snow cone machines, popcorn machines, sumi wrestler suits, dunk tanks, bbq's and tons more. Bounceopolis in El Dorado Hills hosts indoor bounce parties and delivers to outdoor events. I have also met and done business with the owner, Scott, and his establishment is exceptional. Drinks and Chocolate

The Margarita Man covers the entire Sacramento area. I have collaborated on events with the co-owners of this company, Eric and Sean, and they have always come through. And their machines rock! A great addition to any party.

The Chocolate Well is based in El Dorado Hills. Stacey and her husband run this business with a hands on approach. They provide EVERYTHING from the table, linens, bowls, food, skewers, plates, napkins and table decorations. They are certified by El Dorado county to serve and handle food. Party/Event Planning

Every Little Detail based in Folsom also covers the entire Sac area. Jackie and I met when we were both just starting our business'. Like me, she now is a full time entrepenuer. The name says it all...she is extremely detail oriented and her product line has many tiers to suit your level of party planning.

Catering

Gaston Catering in Folsom - Ed and Christine have been featured in the Sac Bee business section for their online and inovative approach to the business. We have collaborated on many events with nothing but great results...highly recommended!

Bocca Catering in Folsom. I actually lived next door to Francie when she was starting her business. This is not her first venture into catering, though. She has also been very successful with Dinner at Your Doorstep that she runs with her Mom and daughter...very family oriented. You just can't go wrong with either of these.

Bidwell Street Bistro in Folsom. Richard's restaurant serves some of the finest cuisine in the area and it shows in his catering service. They can be found at 1004 E. Bidwell St. (916) 984-7500.

Susie started her business in 2001 and is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives. In addition to 100% hand made favors, they'll also deliver and setup.
